Once I had the frame outside, I proceeded to strip the rest of the suspension off the car. I need a spring compressor remove the springs so I didn't end up hurting myself.

  

The next part of disassembling the suspension was to get all the bushings out of the control arms (both front and rear). I found the easiest way to do this was to burn them out. The centers will eventually pop out, and then you can cut the outer shell and hammer the ends out. It takes a bit of work, but once you do it once, the others are easy.
